Aziz Laghzaoui – Group Chairman
Aziz LAGHZAOUI joins Hyper Alpha Group as a Co-Founder and Group Chairman. He is board member of some major institutions in Morocco. He is a global entrepreneur with active interests in real estate, retail, technology, logistics, and venture capital.
Aziz will keep Developing and maintaining the Company’s relationships with future strategic partners whose capital, influence and knowledge could add significantly to the Company’s value; he will also keep Working with the CEO to identify opportunities for value-enhancing strategic initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures and strategically important relationships.
Amine El Kadiri - CEO
Amine EL KADIRI joins Hyper Alpha Group as a Co-Founder and CEO, bringing 1st class pedigree from a decade of high performance and progressive management roles at ADIA, one of the world’s leading SWFs.
Amine is an Accomplished senior IT Executive leader, with 20+ years hands on experience in the Asset/Investment Management technology domain, and data driven initiatives (AI Factory, Data Analytics, and digital transformation).
He holds an executive MBA from Insead and Master Degree in financial economics from Boston University.
Zineb Laghzaoui – Managing Partner
Zineb LAGHZAOUI joins Hyper Alpha Group as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner. She brings 25 years experience, having successfully operated and scaled numerous companies across sectors.
Zineb brings unvaluable capital markets experience, as a managing partner she will be responsible for development of positive client relationships and drive new business development.
Ali Hamayet – Director of Sales & Business Development
Ali HAMAYET joins Hyper Alpha Group as a Co-Founder and Director of Sales and Business Development. He has over 15 years of entrepreneurship experience across many industries including the launch of successful blockchain company.
Ali will lead sales organization, including pre-sales, enablement and sales operations. He will oversee Strategic Planning with the Executive Team & Corporate Development to drive the Strategic Business Development in partnership with system integrator and technology companies.
